Adult and Senior Care Services

We provide unobtrusive supervision and protection. We tactfully redirect you from unsafe activities while encouraging prescribed exercise or reminders to use your cane or walker correctly. We protect your dignity. We help you dress and undress. We help in the shower, with the shampoo and the shaving. We help with elastic stockings and other supports. While a family member is absent, we are available to provide you a companion for 3 hours or longer, including 12- hour overnight and 24- hour care. (Click to My Personal Care Plan.)

We help to maintain routines, revive interests, and try new activities—anything from shopping to attending a meeting, church, library, hairdresser, post office, etc… or an appointment. We help you stay in touch with friends, family, and the community. We read to you from newspapers, magazines, novels, mail and e-mail. We listen. (Click to My Personal Care Plan.)

We will make things tidy. We pick-up and straighten, dust, sweep and vacuum. We will keep your kitchen and bathroom clean. In the kitchen, we make sure spoiled and expired food is discarded. We wash and iron clothes, change bedding and even take out the garbage. (Click to My Personal Care Plan.)

We encourage good nutrition. We work with you or your family to plan meals, make grocery lists, shop, and to prepare tasty meals that meet dietary needs. After meals we tidy up by washing dishes and properly storing them away. (Click to My Personal Care Plan.)

We will provide you with door-to-door transport services for your personal needs including visits to the hospital, doctor, or dentist. (Click to My Personal Care Plan.)

Our caregivers are specially trained by hospice providers to better understand the needs of patients. We offer the best in non-medical hospice assistance to individuals and families who may become overwhelmed with the care of a loved one or who just simply need a reprieve. We offer three levels of care, each based on your needs. Each level of care requires either more or specialized training requirements for your caregiver.

• Level I. Your caregiver is trained to provide the following services: protective care, reading of mail, meal preparation, light housekeeping, change of linen, laundry, transportation, and assist with physical exercises.
• Level II. Your caregiver is trained to provide all of the Level I services and: assist in bathing, personal hygiene assistance, help you get dressed and supervise medications you may be taking.
• Level III. Your caregiver is trained to provide all of the services listed in the Level II Client Level and is qualified to help you transfer from bed to wheel chair or to the auto etc., and can assist with other special equipment you may have in your home.
